If an item is deemed faulty, your rights are protected under Canadian Consumer Law. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may provide a repair, replacement, or refund. Change-of-mind returns are subject to our Non-Fault Returns Policy.

Non-Fault Returns Policy

Our Non-Fault Returns Policy does not apply to:

• Modified or resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase)
• Engraved items
• Items altered by a third-party
• Misused items
• Clearance/ Final sale items
• Special, custom or made to order items.

If you change your mind about an eligible purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price in accordance with our Return Policy:

• Items must be returned in as-new condition and include all original packaging, instructions, and accompanying documentation, such as diamond certificates and sales invoices.
• Items under $1,000: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date for either a full store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
• Items $1,000 and above: Eligible items can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date for full store credit only.
• Contact our Customer Service team via email. You'll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.
• All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges (including customs and duties, where applicable), within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. Additional time may be required to complete quality assurance checks. Please note that your financial institution may take extra time to process the refund to your account.

'As-New Condition' means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As-New Condition' is at the sole discretion of Lustra Jewelry.
