We process and ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Please note that estimated delivery dates shown at checkout already account for weekends and Canadian holidays, when applicable.
Customized & Personalized Products
For customized or personalized items—including engraving, personalization, or ring sizing—please refer to the estimated delivery date at checkout. This includes the additional processing time required for your custom order.
Estimated Delivery Date
An estimated delivery date is provided at the time your order is placed. This date reflects both the time needed to process and package your order and the shipping time to your location.
Order Tracking
Once your item has been packaged and is ready for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Shipping Fees & Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable. All applicable shipping costs, taxes, and duties are calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
Weather Delays
Severe weather conditions may delay or postpone deliveries. Lustra Jewelry is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, and shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.
