Custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you. Once production begins:

• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to production time, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returned items must be:
